There are 2 options to choose from:
- Sign in through the app on their preferred device and show the vitals to their friend/family member
- Sign into the app on a computer download their vitals and email them to a friend/family member
- If they need help signing in and sending their vitals, please call (619) 798-4584 and an enrolment specialist can help
Advise them if they have a chronic condition, their vitals will often be the first sign that something is off. This will give Virtare Health and your office the ability to be proactive vs. reactive and keep unnecessary hospital visits to a minimum and/or eliminate a hospital visit completely.
